Position : Assistant Manager, Fast Food

  1. Supervise restaurant staff during shifts, including hiring, scheduling, and evaluations.
  2. Place orders, assess inventory, and organize stores.
  3. Maintain the facility, including assigning staff to clean and conduct preventative
  4. maintenance.
  5. Balance cash receipts.
  6. Be responsible for providing hygienic, safe food that meets branding, and company
  7. standards.

Comprehensive JDR for Asst. Manger-Fast Food

  1. organize stock and equipment, order supplies and oversee building maintenance, cleanliness and security
  2. plan and work to budgets, maximize profits and achieve sales targets set by head office
  3. control takings in the restaurant and administer payrolls
  4. recruit new staff, and train and develop existing staff
  5. coordinate staff scheduling and rotas, and motivate and encourage staff to achieve targets
  6. ensure standards of hygiene are maintained and that the restaurant complies with health and safety regulations
  7. ensure high standards of customer service are maintained
  8. implement and instill in your team company policies, procedures and ethics
  9. handle customer complaints and queries
  10. implement branded promotional campaigns from head office, including the handling of point-of-sale promotional materials, or devise your own promotional campaigns
  11. prepare reports and other performance analysis documentation report to, and attend regular meetings with area managers or head office representatives
  12. Establish relationships with the local community and undertake activities that comply with the company's corporate social responsibility programs.
