A) Costing:-

- Good Knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word & power point
- To Make 300-400 costing in a month for all packing material for various products
- to make price chart
- Knowledge of online bidding process
B) Production:-
- To coordinate with production & planning dept on day basis for orders.
- To coordinate with dispatch dept for jobs which are ready.
C) PR with Clients:-
- Required good client relationship
- Client visit required
- To do PR with key person of the client.
D) R&D:-
- To develop new market for flexible packing
- To develop new clients.
E) Management:-
- To handle sales & marketing team of 30-40
- Weekly meeting with sales & marketing team
- To make MIS on monthly basis
- To help with price increase to get extra revenue using various strategies
