Assistant Production Manager - Production and Planning
JD As below :-
1. Education - Diploma in Mechanical, Industrial Engg. Or Printing can be an added Advantage
2. Experience in packaging side of offset, flexible packaging, plastics bags manufacturing
3. 4-5 years experience in handling production team as shift incharge for roll to roll printing and finishing applications. Should have knowledge of printing machine, slitting machine, pouching machines, mechanical as well as electrical trouble shooting with service engineer
4. Should be able make weekly, daily production plan, max efficiency of each machine, man power allocation, forecast for the raw materials and other consumables, periodic maintenance of the machines through service team. Able to build good team, motivate them to get the best out of each team member.
5. Good knowledge of excel and computer skills.
6. UAE driving license an added advantage.

Education :- Diploma in Mechanical, Industrial Engg. Or Printing can be an added Advantage.
1. Should be responsible for Flexo printer for wide web flexo printing machine.
2. Experience in flexo printing of flexible packaging, plastics bags manufacturing, on high speed , wide web flexo printing machine
3. Knowledge of various substrates like films and paper, inks shade matching, viscosity and other printing parameters and trouble shooting.
4. Production planning as per plan from sales department and running machine at highest possible efficiency.
5. Regular maintenance of the machines with service department. Minimise breakdown.
6. Good computer skills can be an added advantage
