Key Accountabilities :
- Ensure Systems audit and compliance are adhered
- Ensure system integrity is maintained and user access controls are reviewed periodically.
- Provide support to operations on continuous system improvement opportunities from SAP/other systems
- Responsible for planning, executing and leading the perpetual and annual counts of all businesses
- Document all Standard Operating Process/Flowcharts and all SAP processes
- Liaise with the business team, IT & Finance team to ensure business connectivity.
Key Competencies :
- Core Competencies (General):
- Graduate ( 3 years) with any discipline, preferably in Accounting/Computer Science Min 2 years experience in core SAP Modules with WM as an added advantage
Range of Tasks to be Performed :
- Monitor, regulate and enforce day-to-day procedural compliance of SAP in the operations
- Ensure transactional integrity and accuracy for all SAP processes within the warehouse.
- Initiate system changes where ever required and Perform system related testing.
- Ensure Product dimension integrity is maintained in Material Master
- Initiate random inspections/audits to validate system integrity
- Prepare and publish all KPIs/ MIS report on daily/weekly and yearly basis
- Participate in all internal /external process & Audit reviews as and when required
- Provide weekly/monthly training in SAP/MS-Office to new comers and refresher training to existing staff.
- Ensure all IT equipment are operational and audit as and when required.
