Qualification: Graduate of related discipline (Engineering/FM/BA) or equivalent
Experience: Should have minimum 5 years managerial role experience preferably within FM, HE Rental or construction Industry.
To Supervise all activities of assigned FM project with all site related, in order to ensure all operational efficiency and customer service standard are maintained at all times.

Experience: Should have minimum 3-5 years operations coordinator experience / Camp Boss.
To act as focal point to all handled sites within project, create coordination circle among project supervisor, sites, & team and make sure that all processes are being handled in time efficiency

Qualification: Graduate of BA or equivalent
Experience: Should have minimum 3-5 years as cost controller/accountant.
To handle all related costs/purchases of FM division, petty cash recording submission, analyze cost related to sites, prepare pricing proposals for clients RFQs
Maintenance Technician

Qualification: High school / Industrial Diploma or equivalent
Experience: Should have minimum 3 to 5 years maintenance technician with all around Electrical & Plumbing experience.
To do all repair & service works for all Electrical & Plumping within FM site(s).
AC Technician
AC Technician
Qualification: Diploma or equivalent Electrical/Refrigeration.
Experience: Should have minimum 2 to 3 years experience in maintenance.
Experience with Refrigeration repairs for Split/window AC units etc.
