Mechanical Engineer (Rotary Equipments)
Qualifications : Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering
Experience : 11 Years Minimum Experience with Construction, O&M of Waste Water STP, ETP, TSE and Pumping Station
Job Description: Good Knowledge and solid minimum of 10 years of STP operations and maintenance experience up to flow rate of Minimum 15000m3/day including the technical team management Should have the basic experience of MBR technology plant Preparing the PPM logs for all the equipment according to the manufacture recommendations With strong knowledge of alignment, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair all mechanical equipment such as Gears, Turbo air blowers, surface and submersible aerators, centrifugal pumps, chlorination systems, chemical dosing systems, and other related machineries Hydraulic and Pneumatics equipment in the STP Strong knowledge in alignment of all kind in Rotary Equipment
Manage the staffs and maintenance logs including the spares inventory Identifying malfunctions and carrying out the repairs Carrying out preventative and corrective maintenance for the equipments without damaging the property Interpreting test plans and procedures Solve and explaining technical issues to client and non-technical people Preparing the scope of works including BOQ for the additional STP works Correctly using hand and power tools Keeping an update inventory of mechanical tools
Marine Project Manager
