Lead Engineer - Civil
Role Purpose:-
Experience: - experience in Site planning, Execution and implementation of civil drawing in construction of commercial buildings, industrial building, Residential buildings, Strong understanding about the basic conceptual design and execution and supervision, supporting for tender and quoting of projects.
Job Description:-
Construction Supervision, Inspection, and Monitoring of all site activities in compliance with projects specification and BS standered and criteria.
Large scale of structural work (slab, core wall, shear wall, retaining wall, column)
Monitor and control the execution of the work in accordance with contract requirements
Raised/Prepared inspection and request for information to Consultant time and location of inspection.
Co- ordination with client engineer, project manager and construction manager
Take instruction from project manager, construction manager and execution the same
Prepared Manpower and Equipment schedule for particular site work
Supervising the site labours and sub contractor
Sourcing enquires to site management of construction materials
Prepare of daily / weekly and monthly reports on project status

Preparing of Method Statement
Ensure that the company safety program are maintained in liaison with site HSE
Prepare bill and requisition of materials.
Prepare material take-off and cost estimate for various trade of the project.
Review civil/structural plans to ensure consistency of requirements.
Supervise and inspect civil, structural, and architectural works to ensure strict compliance with the plans, specification, and other related contract documents.
Supervise sampling of materials as called for by the contract provision on quality assurance and control.
Ensure smooth project flow by coordinating a specific work with other trades involved in the project.
Prepare working schedule and strictly monitor the progress of work to ensure completion within contracted time frame.
Underground utilities (manholes, catch basins, ditches, PVC pipes).
Installing of reinforced concrete pipes and ductile iron pipes.
Concrete and steel Pipe racks foundations.
Erection of steel structure on concrete pipe racks.
Culverts, Tanks and chemical pits foundations.
Assure the executing of the project as per the designed drawings and specifications.
Supervising skill workers and labors on the site.
Assuring and controlling the Quality and safety on the Project.

Role Purpose:-
Key Accountabilities:-
Document Controller - Site- Collect & Updating and maintaining Information/ documents and filing both in soft and hard copies related to disputes to finish the submittals on time for engineers and facilitate the information for decision makers.
Key Accountabilities:-
- Submit all the material submittal & Technical Queries from the procurement department to the client to be aware of site needs and achievement.
- Receive the documents from the client related to the material submittals and distribute to the site procurement manager to finish the operation working on time.
- Maintain and update internal log for the material submittal, Shop drawings, TQs & FCDs to present it if needed.

Key Accountabilities:-- Prepare processed work, determining the needed quantities and prepare required reports as per Report Frequency List.
- Conduct Quantity Surveying Process According to the technical standards
- Prepare and review Client Invoice, Sub- Contractor Invoice, Variation Orders and Cost Control.
- Prepare cost and expenditures statements and other necessary documentation at regular intervals for duration of the project.

Senior Contract Administrator- Role Purpose:-
Oversees the progress, purchasing, budgets, recording, reporting and billing of each project. The position assists with materials purchasing and supporting purchase orders and/or paperwork and maintains project and client files. Produces client billings, job records and department reports for job costing, marketing reports and other information as needed for the division.
Key Accountabilities:-- Prepare all contract documentation proposed by the Company. Reviews and approves or recommends denial or satisfactory alternatives for any subsequent changes proposed by client.
- Control change order process and follow up with relevant parties. Prepares change orders and proposed change order documentation acceptance and legal signatory execution, maintain change order log, timely billing and collection. Eliminate any possible dispute over any change order administration.
- Compare continuously contract documents to the Saudi Riyals amounts entered in the accounting system and resolves any deviation to Ensure that job Saudi Riyals values are neither over or under valued or reported.

Planning Engineer
- Role Purpose:-
Developing the best methods for Construction activities and determining the optimal sequence of operations in the Construction Sites. Planning Engineer is responsible for ensuring that Construction Projects are completed within set deadlines, on budget and in line with all quality and relevant safety standards and regulations.
Key Accountabilities:-- Maintain the scope of work, procedures and schedules are adhered to achieve project objectives aligned with the Client needs and KCC abilities.
- Controls, monitoring and reviewing projects progress with all concerned departments in head office and on- sites for all kind of activities that are related to the project planning to submit reports on time as per Report Frequency List.
- Assess the Contractor project program to Ensure that it was acceptable with resource, cost loading and properly updates it on regular basis.
- Compeer the project progress against the master schedule and the Contractors Construction Program to analyze any areas in delay (or ahead of the schedule) and report to the project team thereon.
- Raise early warnings of potential risks to project delivery in order to identify solutions therefore, in conjunction with the Project Team; recognizing programmed activities as necessary to mitigate any time, disruption or cost impact and to expedite the work to finish the project on time.
- Evaluate, in conjunction with the Engineer, the Contractors monthly progress report and application for payment and arrange for any necessary adjustments thereto.
