- Job Description/Responsibilities:
- Driving sales & Profitability (topline) On the field sales person .
- Inventory Management Requisition < Stock holding, Receiving ,storage Back store Administration Should have handled Stock ordering , Stock replenishment system
- Sales Margins Knowledge of Industry Benchmarks in Margin
- After Sales Administration Should be fluent in English & Communication
- Merchandising & marketing -
- Inventory Control Movement ,Ageing
- Shop floor administration
- Driving Team performance On the job training , handholding, discipline /all staff related matters
- Adherence to Systems & process

- Proficiency in Written & Spoken English
- Ability to Multitask and work with a sense of Urgency in task completion
- Ability to work on Computers with specifics to MS office
- Ability to communicate well amidst people
- Ability to Train and track team performance and be Accountable for the execution of the role
- Adherence to process & systems
- Should have consistently worked and grown levels within the organization and have independently managed an entire concept or department including being accountable for the Business profitability
- Be a Team Player.
