Job Responsibilities
This position requires prior experience working in a Construction Chemical plant producing Adhesives, Polyurethane Sealants.
Supervise manufacturing and work closely with Logistics/Warehouse, Maintenance, Quality control, and safety at the Manufacturing Plant according to established Procedures and Instructions.
Assures quality products are manufactured at the facility.
Schedules and assigns work, plans procedures for the manufacturing of Polyurethane Sealants.
Trains workers and monitors compliance.
Monitors Inventory levels of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods at the Plant and recommends or requisitions replenishment stock to satisfy customer demand.
Works with the Technical Manager, Plant Manager in any and all duties necessary to insure the safe, consistent, and profitable operation of the Plant.
Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures, safety rules and instructions.
Perform other duties as required.
Job Requirements
Bachelor or Diploma in Chemical Engineering or Polymer Engineering, B.Sc. in Chemistry only preferred.
Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience or equivalent combination of education, experience and/or training working in a PU Plant manufacturing Sealants and Adhesives. Only these candidates will be considered.
The position requires the ability to work with a personal computer in a Windows environment: in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Salary: Between INR 45,000 to 50,000 and Bachelor shared accommodation and Company Transportation
