- Ensure all sales employees conduct business in line with applicable laws and regulations, as well as with local policies and procedures and the companies code of conduct
- Coordinate between the main stores and the outlets to ensure smooth and accurate operation
- Monitor performance and suggests improvement measures
- Average Transaction Value per store
- Planned Material distribution amongst stores to avoid stock outs and sales loss opportunities
- Number of new clients, and customer satisfaction index (CRM)
- Improve processes and policies in support of organizational goals (Best practice)
- Ensure to control the shrinkage and assist the sales team while implementing
- Responsible of control on daily cash generated by all stores
- Accurately implement the plans and tactics assigned by the operational manager and marketing
