Roles & Responsibilities
- Generation of reports using crystal report writer, query reports
- Customization of SAP to upgrade existing set up
- First level troubleshooting of complaints
- Training existing and any new staff so that they are able to optimally use the system
- Work with Top Management team to develop a 3 year plan on SAP and work towards implementation of the same
- Coordinate with ERP vendor to resolve issues
Desired profile of the candidate
- FLUENT IN ENGLISH AND COMMUNICATION
- ATLEAST 2 ERP IMPLEMENTATIONS
- EXPERIENCE IN GENERATING REPORTS USING CRYSTAL REPORT WRITER/ QUERY REPORT
- GOOD KNOWLEDGE WITH SAP ADMIN/ PRODUCTION/ SALES A/R, A/P, CRM, SAP DEVELOPMENT TOOLS, ADD ONS
