Candidate having hands on experience of minimum 10 years in handling the service centre operations.
Should have sound technical knowledge and head the Service Centre Operations Independently.

Responsible for the Verticals. Preferable with African Experience.
The candidate preferably having worked in Trading Houses and understanding the fundamental responsibility of handling the entire operations, looking for AMC contracts, improving customer service and client portfolio, arranging technical guidance to downline staff, warranty claims and spares procurement.
Candidates having worked in a typical Brand Company's - Samsung/Sony may be limited to operational needs.
