MEP Site Supervisor
Responsible for operational staff and performance of maintenance elements within the contract.
To effectively monitor and progress works on Planned and Reactive Maintenance.
To effectively supervise and develop the services demonstrating continuous improvement and added value.
Ensure all staffs are following H&S standards required by the Company.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Supervise and co-ordinate all shift patterns/Rotas for reporting staff, changes are to be authorised by your line manager in advance. Maintain and monitor staff time, attendance and conduct in line with Company policies and procedures on a daily basis, continuous assessment is required.
Attend work as per shift patterns/Rota with good time and attendance as outlined by your line manager. You must ensure that you sign in and out on each shift. Check Daily Signing In/Out Sheet with staff Rota to confirm staff attendance is accurate. Inform your line manager and the Helpdesk of ALL absences at the start of your shift. You and your team are to attend your shift as per the Rota.
Manage staff leave and absence in accordance with agreed Capability Procedure, dealing with any disciplinary matters in accordance with the Companys Disciplinary Procedure.

Complete a Hand-over process at the beginning and end of your shift. Complete a daily log of activities and all Task Sheets for Planned (PPM) & Reactive Works.
Organise out-of-hours emergency work, as required. To immediately report any potential dangerous situations to your Line Manager.
Deal with emergency situations in a professional manner informing Line Manager immediately.
To manage and participate in the provision of services covering a 24 hour/7 day operation.
Issue Permits To Work to staff and sub-contractors.
Maintain confidentiality whilst dealing with personnel and sensitive information.
Supervise daily operations of maintenance staff and sub-contracted labour in their duties following distribution of all jobs for Planned and Reactive works in the MEP trades.

Raise and monitor issues reported to the Helpdesk for hard services through to completion. Ensure tasks are completed within cost and target times. Make sure accurate records of actual work carried out are maintained.
Responsible for generating, updating/keeping management information/records/reports, as required e.g. engineers/operational reports/logs/maintenance contacts/job record cards/work sheets etc.
Provide estimates on time, labour, site measurements, cost/budget information, as required, maintaining necessary records for effective administration.
Conduct routine building inspections (audits), raising any issues with the Helpdesk.
To provide hands-on support for all Trades that fall under your responsibility as required.
Audit sub-contractor works; ensure sub-contractors meet with the service level agreement measured by the key performance indicators.
To prepare specifications for sub-contractors or staff for maintenance works.
Liaise as necessary with client representatives and customers maintaining good communication links to resolve any matters (queries/issues) that may arise in an efficient and effective manner.
Get involved in Project Work, Additional Work and Fit-Out Work, as required.
To assist in development of capital replacement programmes for plant, equipment and fabric in line with technological developments.

Qualification : Diploma is Must
Experience : 4 to 8 Years
