. Minimum 5 years of experience in Designing and Development using BPM
. Should be able to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specs
. Should be able to create over all architecture specs
. Should be able to review the developed code and ensure good Quality of Deliverables
. Should have one of the following business domains experience : Banking, Finance
. Should be able Perform detail analysis of source systems
. Good understating on BPM development using 7.5.1.x, 8.5.x, 8.6 versions
. Hands-on professional with thorough knowledge on JavaScript frameworks like DOJO, Angular JS, JQuery
. Working experience on user interfaces using BPM coaches and coach views , dashboards and reports
. At least 1.5 - 2 years of working experience on Oracle Stored Procedures, queries, table designing, indexes
. Good written and communications skills
. Knowledge on Core Java and Advanced Java
. Knowledge on FileNet or any other ECM tool
. Knowledge on rule development using ODM
