1. Approve project execution work plan and budget in consultation with Project Director. 

2. Ensure on time delivery of all works concerned with lot 2700 as per plan.

3. Ensure compliance of all statutory requirements of lot 2700 with the assistance of concerned authority.

4. Built and maintain effective working relation with external and internal all parties, other contractors, Govt. agencies, local community, etc. 

5. Monitor resource productivity of all works in lot 2700 and financial progress in consultation with Project Director. 

6. Plan and ensure adherence to mobilization/demobilization of all resources (both man and machines) in consultation with Project Director for lot 2700.

7. Ensure that all functions at the Lot 2700 site are appropriately staffed, trained and managed.

8. Track and control construction schedules and associated costs to achieve completion of each milestone of lot 2700 within time and budget allocated.

9. Review architectural design and engineering drawings of lot 2700 to make sure that all specifications and regulations are being followed.

10. Coordinate with clients to get the final design drawing and approval of work execution plans. 

11. Identify the claims originated from changes in project parameters of lot 2700 in coordination with concerned parties and issue claims on timely basis to ensure lot profitability. 

12. Manage contracts and negotiate revisions/ amendments, bring modifications to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and sub-contractors.

13. Implement work plan, budget and staffing for each work phase of lot 2700 and ensure effective Manpower and lot personnel are assigned.

14. Manage the issuance of all reports of lot 2700 to client. 

15. Represent MAX in top management meetings with client and BAEC.
This position requires someone who has a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering . 

In order to qualify, it is essential that the candidate has following skills and experience:

15 or more years' experience with nuclear power plant site construction management especially Turbine hall construction.
Candidates having experience of managing Turbine hall construction as Project Manager-PM shall get preference.
10 or more years' experience in a supervisory, management, or leadership role on same vertical.
Candidate shall have experience and proven success record in engineering coordination. 
Understand process approach to accomplish nuclear power plant construction management and start-up testing work.
Demonstrate relationship building experience and a proven team player.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with and guide others in potentially adversarial situations.
Nuclear Power Plant Construction site (Field) experience is a MUST. 
Ability to manage large team with leadership and right direction. 
Shall have the experience to deal with Russians and know how on Russian technology
