Ideally need a technical project manager who understands the nitty gritty of technology as well comes from a strong project management background
Should be PMP certified and strong in process and co-ordination among several stakeholders (business, dev team onsite and offshore)
Should have excellent communication skills
Should be flexible to conduct regular offshore conference calls (early morning or late evening)
